You Do Not Have to Rescue Them Alone.
Every safe bed, shared post, foster home, flight, fundraiser, volunteer hour, and donation becomes part of an animal's way out.
- Donate Keep the shelter open and help cover food, medical treatment, medication, utilities, and lifesaving rescue.
- Adopt Give a survivor the safe, permanent home they may have crossed an ocean to find.
- Foster Provide a temporary landing place and create room for another animal to be saved.
- Start a Fundraiser Turn a birthday, challenge, event, workplace, classroom, or personal idea into lifesaving support.
- Volunteer Use your time, professional skills, language skills, or local connections to help move rescue work forward.
- Help Them Travel Visit GWARP in Baku, meet the animals in our care, and explore returning home as a flight buddy.
Shop the Shelter Wishlist.
Food, medical supplies, recovery items, cleaning supplies, and everyday shelter essentials are used constantly. Our wishlist focuses on the things the animals need most right now.
Needs change quickly, so the list is updated as priorities shift.

Visit Baku. Meet Them. Help One Make the Journey Home.
If Azerbaijan is somewhere you would like to visit, make GWARP part of the trip. Come to Baku, meet the animals in our care, visit the shelter, and spend time with the survivors whose stories you may already know.
Before you return, coordinate with our team to see whether your route can help an animal travel. When the airline, itinerary, destination, and current rescue needs line up, you may be able to return as a flight buddy for a rescued dog or cat travelling toward a foster or adoptive home.
Contact us before finalizing your return flight so we can check current routes and requirements with you.
Use the Skills You Already Have.
Rescue needs far more than animal care. We need people who can write, organize, translate, coordinate, fundraise, create content, help adopters, arrange transportation, solve technical problems, and take on the countless jobs behind every successful rescue.
Many roles can be done remotely. Some are ongoing; others are project-based. Even a few reliable hours can matter when they match a real need.
One share can reach a donor. A foster. A volunteer. A flight buddy. A family.
Fund the Next Rescue.
GWARP has no guaranteed funding. Your gift helps keep more than 700 animals fed, sheltered, treated, and safe.
