About Ari

Sweet Ari comes all the way from Azerbaijan, former Soviet Republic where homeless animals often face unimaginable cruelty and are left to survive on the streets.

Ari was only three months old when we found her. Someone had burned her across her back and left this tiny puppy to fend for herself. She should have been learning about toys, cuddles and the safety of a home — instead, she was already learning how cruel the world could be.

Thankfully, that was only the beginning of Ari’s story.

We rescued her from the streets, and she has grown into the most beautiful, fluffy, happy girl. And we promise — her photos simply do not do her justice. Ari is absolutely stunning in person.

Even more beautiful than her appearance is her personality. Ari is incredibly sweet, playful and affectionate. She has grown up surrounded by other dogs and cats and does wonderfully with everyone. She is social, loving and simply enjoys being part of whatever is going on around her.

Despite what was done to her as a puppy, Ari holds no grudges against the world. She loves people, loves other animals and approaches life with the kind of happiness and innocence that makes her impossible not to fall in love with.

She would be a wonderful addition to a family looking for a loving companion who can also share her home with other pets.

Ari is 1.5 years old, 40 pounds, spayed, fully vaccinated and microchipped and is ready to finally have what she has never had before — a family of her very own.
